About Mr. Draskovich
Robert M. Draskovich, Jr. was born in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was admitted to the bar in Nevada and the U. S. District Court of Nevada in 1997, and to the U. S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Mr. Draskovich attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree, Spanish, with honors, in 1994. He attended Brigham Young University Law School, and received his Juris Doctor, with honors, in 1997. He was a staff member of the Brigham Young University Law Review, 1996-1997, and was invited to become a member of Brigham Young University Law School Board of Advocates, 1995-1997.

Mr. Draskovich is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Clark County Bar Association, Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, and Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice. He is a panel member of the Nevada Pattern Criminal Jury Instruction Committee, and a life member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Draskovich is fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Draskovich is an ongoing Legal Analyst for Fox 5 News, KLAS TV Channel 8, and Las Vegas One news. He is also a frequent lecturer on various criminal defense and trial advocacy subjects.

Support Staff
Robert D. Lawson Investigations. Mr. Lawson received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1983. Mr. Lawson was employed by the State of Nevada, Division of Parole and Probation for a period of twelve years, obtaining the rank of Operations Supervisor. During his law enforcement career, Mr. Lawson wrote approximately two thousand (2000) Presentence Investigation Reports for submission to the court which included a recommendation for sentencing. Mr. Lawson is presently acting as our in-house investigator to assist with the defense and investigation of our cases in an effort to protect our client's rights on both factual and legal fronts.
