In a significant breakthrough, US authorities have charged one of the last living witnesses to the fatal drive-by shooting of rapper Tupac Shakur in Las Vegas with murder over the 1996 killing. After the hearing, Clark County District Judge Jerry Wiese denied Davis bail. District Attorney Steve Wolfson, commenting on the case, stated, "It has often been said that justice delayed is justice denied. In this case, justice has been delayed, but justice won't be denied." It remains unclear if Davis has a legal representative to comment on his behalf.
